Refund and Returns Policy

All sales of kits or add-on products are final.  There are no refunds for any kit or add-on product.  There are no returns for any complete kit or add-on product.  All kits are reviewed with the purchaser at the time of purchase to ensure every item is included. 

If the Coleman Classic stove or the Stansport 500 lumen lantern are defective upon your first use, we will troubleshoot the defect and try to resolve it with you.  If you believe one of these items is defective, please send an email to campingwithcolleens@gmail.com noting the problem you are experiencing.  We will respond within 2 business days. 

If we are unable to resolve the issue, you may return either of these items for a replacement.  If you need to return one or both items, they must be in the original packaging and in original condition.  Camping with Colleens reserves the right to refuse a return if the product appears used. 

If the item must be returned, the purchaser is responsible for shipping to Camping with Colleens primary business address.  Once the defective item is received and reviewed by Camping with Colleens, we will deliver or ship a replacement item to you.
